Looking for qualified candidates to work at our non-certified summer playground programs. Leaders in our summer programs are the primary caregivers for each participant. The staff is responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating, and carrying out activities and guiding participants in their personal growth.
Sargent Center is a summer program for children entering grades 1–5 that offers a structured yet flexible environment where campers can choose from a wide range of daily activities. From themed projects and creative arts to sports, games, and free play. Each day is designed to spark curiosity and build confidence.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently and in small groups of staff to provide a variety of activities on a daily basis.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to interact with all participants of many ages and abilities.
