Qualifications:
  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or license in School Psychology (or eligibility)
  • Strong background in conducting psycho educational and behavioral assessments
  • Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs and intervention strategies
  • Experience supporting students with a range of learning, social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, parents, and staff
  • Desire to be adaptable and solution-oriented in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations using a variety of assessment tools
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify students in need of services
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust personalized education and intervention plans
  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Offer guidance and professional development to teachers and support staff
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
