- Plans and delivers a curriculum that fosters student critical thinking.
- Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and families.
- Loves students and is excited about helping students find hope for their future.
- Continuously seeks feedback and opportunities for growth, learns from mistakes, and takes steps based upon feedback.
- Demonstrates a no-nonsense nurturer classroom management style.
