We are a team of experienced educators who train and support schools, districts, and states to help all students meet college and career ready standards. School Kit is seeking Operations Support contractors to support our Operations Team with various work streams, primarily related to our systems for project management, finance, and billing, as well as our systems for travel logistics. This is a remote 1099 contractor role with variable hours depending on availability. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
An ideal applicant is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and highly proficient in the following software/systems:
Google Suite
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Excel, beginning to intermediate proficiency
- Asana or Monday project management software
Experience with the following systems is a plus:
- Formstack or similar form‑building software
- Canvas
- Travel management software (e.g. Egencia, Navan)
- Google Classroom
For Billing Documentation, Data Entry, Virtual Tech Support, Canvas or Google Classroom Development: The ideal applicant has a proven ability to organize, prioritize, track, and manage workflow from multiple streams concurrently and have 3+ years work experience in an operational, financial, or data role. Prior experience working in high‑paced, high‑growth organizations preferred.
For Onsite and Remote Project Logistics Management and Project Systems Development and Communications: The ideal candidate has experience working in education‑focused organizations. They have experience managing mid‑to‑large‑scale complex projects and providing on‑site logistics support. They have a proven ability to organize, prioritize, track, and manage workflow from multiple projects concurrently and have 5+ years of work experience in a program or project management role.
This position is offered at $50 - 75/hour.
