NCLEX Instructor – Bradford, PA (On‑Site)

Kaplan North America is seeking an outgoing Master’s‑prepared RN to help nursing graduates succeed on the NCLEX exam. This position is a flexible, seasonal PRN role that offers paid training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to impact student learning.

• Maintain high energy levels and engage students to ensure an excellent student experience.
• Effectively facilitate learning and learner development.
• Learn Kaplan’s methodology and instructional strategies quickly.
• Facilitate active and ongoing classroom management.
• Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and ongoing instructional meetings as required.
• Support students through the virtual Kaplan Learning Integrated Coaching (KLIC) program by providing individualized guidance via email (a related, separate role).

• MSN or BSN with Master’s required.
• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Weekday availability required.

• Competitive hourly teaching rates starting at $40/hr.
• Hourly coaching rate $35/hr.
• Paid training and preparation time.
• Pay increases.
• Established curriculum.
• Seasonal position based on nursing school graduation dates and testing cycles.
• Free/discounted Kaplan courses for qualifying employees or family members under Kaplan’s Gift of Knowledge Program, including Purdue Global’s DNP program.
