Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketing SME who is ready to step into the spotlight. You are the "Voice of Authority" for our brand. Your primary mission is to translate complex marketing expertise into engaging, high-converting video content, record sales videos, and collaborate with our sales and copywriting team on the strategy.
Beyond being the face of the funnel, you are the Business Strategist
. You will be responsible for defining the Offer
—including the pricing, the structure, and the competitive angle that makes our services irresistible. You don't need to be a professional actor or a full-time copywriter, but you must have a deep understanding of persuasive sales strategy and fundamental copywriting to collaborate effectively with our creative team... And look good on camera while delivering that strategy to our audience.
- Offer Engineering: Work alongside the Sales Manager to build, price, and structure high-ticket digital marketing offers. You define the "What" and the "Why" so our clients see us as the only logical choice.
- The Face of the Funnel: Record Video Sales Letters (VSLs), Facebook Ads, and "Thank You" page videos. You deliver the strategy you helped build with natural authority.
- Strategic "Knowledge Downloads": Participate in recorded briefing calls with our copywriters. You provide the strategic backbone and technical proof, which the copywriter then transforms into a persuasive script.
- Competitive Positioning: Identify the unique angles and conversion-optimized strategies that set our funnels apart from the noise.
- "Editor-Friendly" Recording: Follow our specific recording workflow to ensure your delivery is polished and professional, allowing our editors to make you look like a top-tier industry leader.
- Screen Presence: You must be comfortable speaking to a camera as if you are speaking to a peer or a business owner.
- Content Creation Mindset: An interest in how video content is built and a willingness to learn the "art of the take."
- Home Studio: You must have a clean, professional background for filming (we will walk you through this).
- Technical Gear: You must own (or be willing to acquire) a 4K camera, a podcast-grade microphone, and professional lighting (will be reimbursed after your first sale).
- Senior-Level Marketing Authority: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Sales Funnels, Offer Strategy, and Landing Page Optimization.
- Business Strategy & Offer Mastery: You understand how to build a profitable business offer. You know how to price services, create value stacks, and engineer reasonable messaging that moves people to action.
- Copywriting Fundamentals: You must have a strong foundation in Direct Response Copywriting and persuasive strategy. You don't need to write the final ads, but you must understand how hooks, headers, and calls-to-action work to drive conversion.
- "Stage-Ready" Knowledge: You are a legitimate expert who could walk onto a keynote stage at a major marketing conference and speak fluently about lead-gen strategy without a script.
- Educational Translation: You can take "in-the-trenches" data and translate it into high-level, persuasive concepts that resonate with business owners.
- Immediate: Earn Commissions on every high ticket sale generated by the funnel videos you star in, plus Annual Profit Sharing from the entire company's bottom line.
- Future: Once your funnel hits established revenue milestones, you move to either a Base Salary or Retainer (Full-Time or Part-Time). You keep the Profit Sharing; the commission is replaced by a salary.
- Submit Your Linked In Profile/Resume: Highlight your 5+ years of senior-level digital marketing and strategy experience.
- Submit a "Selfie" Intro Video: Record a brief (1–2 minute) video.
- The Content: Briefly explain how you would "re-package" a standard Facebook Ads service to make it feel like a unique, high-value proprietary offer.
- The Goal: Show us your ability to think strategically and your natural energy on camera.
