Special Education Teacher
Reports to: Building Principal and Special Education Director
Supervises: Assigned aides and paraprofessionals
Qualifications: Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate in assigned subject(s)
Current CPI certification
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Job Goal: Provide exceptional instruction to assigned students while working within the established policies and procedures of the district.

Evaluation: Annually pursuant to Oklahoma law

Regular Requirements:
Stand for extended periods; twist at the neck and trunk; bend at the waist; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; reach with hands and arms overhead, above shoulder and horizontally; lift/move up to 50 pounds; handle objects and tools with hands and operate equipment; repetitive use of fingers and hands to operate equipment.
Occasional Requirements:
Ability to administer CPR.
Visual Requirements:
Close, color, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Hearing/Speaking Requirements:
Adequate to exchange information.
Full-Time
Salary:$47,001 to $72,835 Per Year
