A man called of God to be a pastor – A background of documented pastoral experience and meets the new testament biblical qualifications found in God’s Word.
Responsibilities- Serve as the spiritual leader of the church.
- Live the Christian life as an example for those he leads.
- Be responsible to the Lord and the church primarily proclaiming the gospel and teaching Scripture.
- Engage in pastoral care and provide leadership in all areas of the church.
- Plan, prepare and preach sermons to the church on Sundays.
- Lead Bible Studies on Wednesdays.
- Meet congregants’ needs, including pastoral pre-marital counseling and officiating of weddings and funerals.
