Kingston Montessori is a newly established Montessori school, offering a half day toddler and Casa program. We cater to children 18 months through 6 years.
We are currently seeking a nurturing, qualified and accredited Montessori Casa or toddler teacher to join our team. If you hold a AMI or MACTE accredited Casa or Toddler Montessori Diploma, are passionate about the Montessori philosophy and working with children then this is the job for you! New Graduates are always encouraged and welcome to apply!

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Location:
3087 Princess Street, Kingston, ON .
Expected start date:
September 2024 (Prep week last week of August)
Salary: based on education and experience
Schedule:
7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
Requirements
- Toddler or Casa accredited through AMI or MACTE
- Attention to detail, routine oriented, strong work ethic and punctual
- Ability to work well with other staff members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Teaching experience, Early Childhood Education Diploma, is considered an asset
- Health assessment (no active communicable diseases or infection risks)
- Updated Immunization record
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check (6 months current to hiring date)
- Standard First Aid/CPR, Level C
