You'll collaborate with an engaged and fully supported team in a K-1 ASD classroom, working closely with speech specialists, social workers, occupational therapists, and an ASD coach. Qualifications
  • Valid Special Education certification for elementary levels
  • ASD certification required
  • Experience with early elementary (K-1) preferred
  • Passion for supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a classroom with 7-8 students, supported by three dedicated paraprofessionals
  • Utilize the latest curriculum and technology for instructional delivery
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive support team (speech, social work, OT, ASD coach)
  • Develop individualized plans to meet student needs and foster growth
  • Maintain clear communication with staff and families
