Job Description

Under the authority of the head of the structure, the educator for young children has the following missions:

To design and implement educational projects and coordinate the resulting activity projects;
To support parents in the education of their child;
To participate in the development of the establishment project;
To develop and implement educational projects;
To manage the relationship with parents or parental substitutes;
To animate and implement educational activities;
To participate in the hygiene, comfort, and well-being care of children;
To train and supervise interns;
To coordinate teams around projects;
To develop and animate partnerships;
To animate exchange and information meetings, particularly around parenting;
To support the acquisition of autonomy and socialization;
To provide theory to teams for implementation on the ground;
To define the arrangement of space, propose a safe, stimulating environment that allows for the fulfillment, acquisitions, and motor and sensory discoveries;
To set up discovery situations.

Required Profile

- Diploma of Educator for Young Children

- Sense of human relationships

- Mastery of animation techniques, creativity, and expression

- Ability to show creativity in the support and implementation of projects

- Ability to take a step back to successfully lead educational projects for children and teams

- Adaptability

- Listening, sense of organization, teamwork
