Culinary Specialist

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in nutrition/ or other areas related to the required job functions, and experience in a

position with a proven successful food service management/supervisory role.

Or:

· Associate's degree and 8 years minimum job-related position with proven successful food

service management/supervisory experience.

· Experience and working knowledge of NSLP and SBP preferred

· Current Serv Safe certification preferred.

· Willingness to obtain SNA (School Nutrition Association) certification and credentialing.

Job Overview:

The job of the School Nutrition Culinary Specialist was established for the purpose of assisting and supporting the

School Nutrition Director in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the School Nutrition Department.
