Educateur de jeunes enfants

In a pleasant working environment within a nursery of 47 places, open to the outside, with an educational project integrating parental and professional values, the EJE will, in conjunction with the deputy director and the director, have the general mission of providing educational action for children. The EJE will be attentive to the global development of the child and will ensure the welcome and support of families in a co-educational approach.

Daily, you will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team and work transversally to ensure coherence in educational action. You will have time away from the children to participate in the development and implementation of projects, and to work on partnerships. You will actively participate in the various meetings of the structure.

Global functioning of the structure:

- 4 sections: babies, small-medium, medium-large and large with open doors at least once a week

- Numerous partnerships: children's trips to the library, reading at the nursery by a professional book reader, partnership for animation with the RPE, liaison school, music school partnership, etc.

- Team meetings once a month approximately, section meetings every 15 days

- Opening hours of the structure 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

- Participatory management: "the complementarity of each one makes the richness of the team's reflection"

- Required diploma of educator of young children

- Beginner accepted

- Dynamic and benevolent

- Sense of responsibility, public service and organization

- Force of proposals, ability to work in a team

- Constraints: team meeting once a month, in the evening after the closure of the nursery - leave on the dates of closure of the structure - high sound environment

- Mandatory certificate of good conduct

- Remuneration: statutory + RIFSEEP + 13th month + mutual participation + restaurant vouchers + member of CNAS

- Working time: full-time (36 hours, with acquisition of overtime compensation)

Position open on the following grades of the Territorial Public Service:
Educator of young children, Educator of young children of exceptional class

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of the territorial public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
