Location: JenksAssistant Coordinator
- Girls Lacrosse
Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of the operations and administration of the Jenks Trojan High School Girls Lacrosse Club.
Performance responsibilities include:
Assist the coordinator of the Jenks Community Education Girls Lacrosse Club including the day-to-day operation and oversight of all aspects of the program.Assist the coordinator in establishing processes and timelines to ensure that all club tasks are handled in a timely manner.Assist the coordinator for all clerical work needed in the operation of the lacrosse program.Act as a liaison between the lacrosse conference, Jenks Community Education office, coaches, parents, and players to communicate important information.Assist the coordinator in planning and organizing District recruiting activities so young people have the opportunity to participate if interested.Attend some practices and all games to support coaches and troubleshoot possible needs.Recommend purchase of equipment, supplies, and uniforms as appropriate.Assist in the coordinator in supervising the maintenance and inventory of all related lacrosse equipment.Provide oversight for the safety conditions of District facilities.Ensure that the program aligns with and promotes the District's values and goals.Foster positive school-community relations regarding the lacrosse program.Create an environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the lacrosse players.Model positive reinforcement with students, program participants, and staff.Perform all other duties as assigned.Employment terms:

Physical demands include standing for extended periods; sitting for extended periods; twisting at the neck and trunk; bending at the waist; stooping, kneeling, crouching; lifting/moving up to 75 pounds; handling objects and tools with hands; repetitive use of fingers and hands. Occasional requirements include reaching with hands and arms overhead, above shoulder and horizontally; lifting/moving up to 100 pounds. Visual requirements include close, color, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Hearing/speaking requirements are adequate to exchange information.
