• Plan and deliver effective lessons based on students needs and proficiency levels
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse learning styles of students
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance students language skills
• Assess students progress and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop curricula and teaching strategies
• Communicate effectively with students parents and colleagues regarding student progress

• Bachelors degree in TESOL Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching ESL to adults or children in a classroom setting
• Native or near‑native fluency in English
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language goals
