Trivium Ingénierie, a master builder's office based in Annecy, acts as the preferred master builder for projects of the Alpine Collection group, as well as for external Masters of Works.

Alpine Collection brings together various trades that revolve around luxury real estate in the mountains.

From the design of hotel residences, hotels, and restaurants to the construction of exceptional projects and operation to 5
* standards, all projects of the group are located in the most beautiful mountain addresses of the emblematic Alps – Courchevel, Méribel, Val d'Isère, Tignes, Les Gets.

Position:

Expert in construction, leader, you want to put your skills to use in exceptional projects across the Alps; and implement the realization of technically ambitious projects, demanding in terms of finishes and enriching humanly and professionally.

Within a dynamic and stimulating team, you join the master builder's pole of the Alpine Collection group and take part from the project's conception (alongside the Master of Work) to its delivery.

As a true conductor, you autonomously pilot large-scale programs:

• Take charge of the project conception phase,
• Integrate studies and designs into planning,
• Establish schedules,
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and manage interfaces (Master of Work, engineering offices, DET master builder, companies, service providers…),
• Plan and organize the tasks of independent companies or service providers,
• Follow up technically and financially,
• Control the good progress, quality, and conformity of the works,
• Manage the DET,
• Ensure compliance with architectural constraints, deliveries, TMA, lifting of reservations, and compliances,
• Manage TMA and TS (analysis of estimates and implementation),
• Carry out construction economics (pricing, written pieces of contracts, analysis of offers …) according to projects.

Profile:

You have significant experience as a TCE master builder.

You are recognized for your dynamism, assurance, organizational skills, and strong character to lead a site.

You show rigor, initiative, and a real sense of anticipation.

With a good relationship management, you enjoy working in a team.

Mastery of Autocad, MS Project, and Archicad is a plus.

  Full-time permanent position.
• Weekly duration: 39 hours.
