American Electric Power is seeking an entry-level power plant operation support role. Under supervision, you will perform semi-skilled manual work and learn to assist equipment operators with plant duties.
You will isolate, inspect, maintain and service plant equipment, monitor water chemistry, assist in boiler prep, and work on rotating shifts per site requirements. A POSS may be required and a two-year associate degree is preferred.
