Overview
Growing Coatings company! If you’ve been developing 2K PU coatings, or specifically wood coatings, this could be a great opportunity to level up your career! This is an ESOP company, so you’d be a “player-owned”!
Responsibilities- Senior Chemist level individual who is an independent contributor for wood coatings with 10+ years of experience.
- The chemistries focus on waterborne and solvent borne with some UV-curable opportunities.
- This position will primarily involve developing new products, learning and maintaining our existing product lines and software, mentoring other staff members, and collaborating with other departments.
- This position reports directly to the Technical Director.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
