Key Responsibilities:
* Lead vibration analysis activities including data collection, route development, spectrum interpretation, and reporting
* Analyze equipment failures and perform root cause failure analysis on rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, and fans
* Develop and support predictive maintenance programs including vibration monitoring, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis
* Monitor equipment performance and maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to prioritize corrective actions based on reliability data
* Support asset criticality assessments and reliability centered maintenance strategies
* Drive reliability improvement projects to extend equipment life and eliminate chronic failures
* Support the maintenance and optimization of condition monitoring tools and systems
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to equipment performance and maintenance activities
* Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and company policies
* Participate in cross functional teams to support plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
* 5 or more years of experience in reliability engineering, vibration analysis, or maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
* Strong experience with vibration analysis and rotating equipment diagnostics
* Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category III or similar) preferred
* Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies including vibration monitoring, ultrasound, thermography, and oil analysis
* Experience working with CMMS systems such as SAP or similar platforms
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross functional manufacturing environment
