This position — Engineering Sales Manager or Director (depending on experience) — is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead business development efforts across engineering services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for engineering services across the renewable energy sector (Solar, BESS, Wind).
• Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, developers, and asset owners.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligned with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships and service growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, operations, and executive teams to ensure client success.
