Day Shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Typical starting pay: $20.80/hr–$26.00/hr.

Job SummaryThis employee performs a variety of jobs in the Repair Area. Primarily, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs products sent in for repair. Responsibilities include diagnosis, parts sourcing, estimate creation, repair documentation, and interactions with Engineers, Product Support, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Analyze and apply information from a variety of sources, including Engineers, operators, dealers, BOMs, repair history, schematics, Engineering Change Orders and Quality Reports.
- Use electronics tools (pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, cutters, soldering irons, etc.) to build/repair a variety of electronic devices.
- Use electronic equipment (oscilloscope, multimeters, frequency counters, etc.) to troubleshoot, analyze electronic circuits, and correct problems.
- Disassemble, repair, and assemble electronics products.
- Establish cost estimates that may include purchased components, manufactured parts, assemblies, and labor time requirements.
- Help write test and repair procedures.
- Meet or exceed typical expectations for creativity, productivity, quality of work, and safety.
- HS diploma or equivalent and relevant experience required.
- Associate’s degree in Electronic Technology, Electronic Engineering Technology, or equivalent formal education beyond high school preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience preferred.
- Good record of self‑motivation, judgment, and productivity.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and related engineering information.
- Experience building, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies and fixtures.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Willingness to work overtime or extra hours as needed.
Working with electronic equipment (digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.). Regular, continuous use of a CAD workstation. Changing workloads and priorities. Handle items 10lbs or less frequently, and 50lbs or more occasionally. Office and plant environments part of the time, occasional outside work. Conditions include variable heat and humidity, dirt, noise; physical hazards such as powered vehicle, bicycle, pedestrian traffic, sharp objects, moving machinery, and electronic current and voltage.
