Your MissionWe are looking for a Setter for our client specialized in metallurgy. Role and general missions:
Ensure the proper functioning of the technical installations under his/her responsibility in order to meet the clients' requirements in terms of quantity, quality, costs, and deadlines. Missions:
Carry out the adjustments of the machines after examining the ranges to ensure the proper functioning of the presses and the conformity of production. Ensure production on all machines assigned to him/her according to the OF. Notify the intervention and machine stop times. Carry out level 3 maintenance operations. Visually and dimensionally control the parts based on the control sheets.
Alert the supervisor in case of anomaly. Record data before disassembly and participate in the continuous improvement of the UAP. Completely disassemble the tooling. Examine the pre-assembly of the entire tooling. Mount each of the posts in accordance with the measurement records present in the technical dossier. In case of non-conformity, analyze the origin of the main defects in appearance and dimensional defects and explain to the supervisor.
Carry out corrective actions to restart production. Enter the production follow-up of the different events (e.g., downtime). Make the follow-up sheets (OF
- Conformity follow-up and level 3 maintenance) available to the supervisor. Notify on the machine instruction book the adjustments actions carried out. Inform the supervisor of the actions carried out on the presses to ensure transmission to the next team. Be a technical support to production.
