What to expect in your new role:
- Technically and economically optimal execution of construction projects with various soil improvement procedures (deep vibroflotation)
- Coordination of work preparation, construction schedule, and selection of equipment and procedures
- Contract review and change order negotiations
- Performance and cost control as well as monitoring of quality standards
- Conducting discussions and negotiations with clients, contractors, and authorities
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of commercial employees
- Staff disposition and development
