What You’ll Be Doing

• Improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production challenges, and help increase efficiency and product quality.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, testing activities, or product improvements depending on your engineering specialty.
• Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to solve technical problems and keep projects moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Systems, or a related engineering field, or equivalent technical automotive experience for entry-level candidates.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, product engineering, test engineering, automation, or other hands-on technical environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience solving technical problems in manufacturing, production, automotive, or industrial settings.
