General Description

• The Player's Club Representative is under the direct supervision of the Player's Club Supervisor. The Player's Club Representative will provide excellent guest service to all Lucky Star guests and Player's Club members

Work Schedule

• Requires variation of morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Monday through Sunday including holidays and/or special events
• Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Builds and accurately maintains database though club membership, redeems credits for gifts and other amenities.
• Provides guests with promotional and general casino information
• Communicates to guests and other departments the benefits of the Player's Club program
• Cross sells property, events, and amenities
• Creates an exciting atmosphere for guests following Lucky Star/Feather Warrior customer service standards
• Operates as a team player and maintains an upbeat and positive attitude though-out entire shift.
• Makes suggestions to streamline processes and improve the guest experience
• Maintains confidentiality of all guest information
• Maintains confidentiality of all matters regarding the business operation
• Complies with state, federal, tribal, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Generally fulfills tasks as specified by Player's Club leadership

Physical Job Requirements

• Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break.
• Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.
• Move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
• Gaming floor environment with some office environment.

Qualification Standards

• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to operate a computer
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to maneuver all areas of the casino and tolerate second-hand smoke, loud noises, and bright lights.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
