We are currently looking for a Full Time Player Services Supervisor to join our Win Star Player Services U6 team located at the Win Star World Casino and Resort working .

Summary:
Oversees the day to day operation of the Player Services department, through managing departmental employees and resolving employee and customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency

* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities

* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area

* Explains various aspects of programs, promotions, benefits, rewards and or requirements to internal and external customers, citizens, etc.

* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development

* Check all Kiosk and data card printers to ensure they are in working order and report malfunctions to the help desk

* Actively assists in marketing of casino, hotel, citizen, employee and/or other events, promotions and activities to both internal and external customers as assigned

* Determines complimentary worthiness of card play using established guidelines and guest point total listed in casino management system

* Reviews Players Club card trends by shift and facility on a daily basis by creating and/or combining all shift reports. Sends results and recommendations to management

* Prepares daily reports

* Prepares weekly reports

* In a timely manner, assists in resolving customer and employee complaints not resolvable by subordinates by listening, investigating and answering questions

* Participates in job candidate interviewing and selection process

* Oversees job functions, development and job performance, including but not limited to, annual evaluations, employee development and performance management

* Conducts hire, separation, and performance reviews of subordinates

* Maintains an orderly inventory of all materials and supplies, notifies center supervisor or management when supplies are needed

* Performs all other duties as assigned

* Able to follow instructions, both written and oral

* Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements

* Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability

* Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines

* Learn and demonstrate competencies to any new technology in a timely manner

* Knowledge of player rating systems

* Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management

Skills:
Essential:

* Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products

* 10-key adding machine

Experience:
Essential:

* 1 years directly related experience with supervisory

Education:
Essential:

* High School, GED or Equivalent

Credentials:
Essential:

* Pass gaming background check

* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position

Nonessential:

* CN Core Leadership Level 1

* Participation in Fast Track Leadership Training program

* Pass Title 31 testing relevant to position
