The Sr. Table Games Dual Rate position is a dynamic blend of direct guest interaction and hands‑on supervision. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned dealer who is ready to take on a leadership role. You’ll spend your time on the floor, providing prompt and accurate dealing for games like Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack, all while maintaining a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.

In your supervisory capacity, you’ll oversee all table game activities, from opening and closing procedures to monitoring game security and ensuring strict adherence to policies. Your input will be crucial for staffing, performance appraisals, and team development. • Directly supervise the work of the card department, providing valuable input on staffing, performance, and corrective actions.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at various table games.
• Ensure security of all table games by inspecting decks and overseeing all action, reporting any irregular play to management.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with gameplay, and ensure all established rules and policies are followed.
• Supervise all opening and closing procedures for the table games room.
• Ensure the team adheres to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards to the Card Games Shift Manager.
• Mentor and guide other employees to ensure a high standard of guest service is consistently met.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required to support the table games department.

• High School Diploma or GED, combined with at least one year of experience dealing cards in a casino environment.
• Must have previous, hands‑on experience with the games of Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and various Carnival games.
• Proven ability to lead and guide the work of other employees.
• Strong ability to maintain close working relationships with both co‑workers and management.
• A track record of providing and maintaining a high standard of guest service at all times.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate gaming authority.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with constant exposure to loud noise and smoke.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
