Job Description

Position:
Sr. Table Games Dual Rate. The role blends direct guest interaction and hands‑on supervision. You will work the floor dealing games such as Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack while maintaining a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere. In your supervisory capacity you will oversee all table game activities, including opening and closing procedures, security monitoring, and strict adherence to policies. Your input will influence staffing, performance appraisals, and team development.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the card department, providing guidance on staffing, performance, and corrective actions.
  • Deal with precision: prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at table games.
  • Maintain security: inspect decks, oversee action, and report irregular play to management.
  • Provide guest service: create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with gameplay, and enforce rules and policies.
  • Operational oversight: supervise opening and closing procedures for the table games room.
  • Ensure safety compliance: report hazards and uphold safety policies and procedures.
  • Mentor employees to consistently meet high guest service standards.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as required to support the table games department.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of casino card‑dealing experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and various carnival games.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide other employees.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with co‑workers and management.
  • Track record of providing and maintaining a high standard of guest service at all times.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Completion of CNE Gaming Academy training.
  • Valid gaming license from the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with exposure to loud noise and smoke.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
