Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous guest service while handling cash transactions in a casino environment;
Process cash handling transactions accurately including cash advances, check cashing, chip redemption, jackpots, and ticket redemption while adhering to gaming regulations;
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information and files;
Complete required regulatory reporting and documentation (Title 31 entries, Monetary Instrument Log, and Multiple Transaction Log);
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate banks and transaction reporting and maintain internal controls
