Starting Rate: $9.73 an hour + tips

Essential Functions:

• Assists guests with questions and provides guest service to all Bingo patrons.
• Sells a variety of merchandise, Bingo packs, and specials and pull tabs both at the cashier window and on the Bingo floor.
• Receives payment and makes change for Bingo Sales.
• Calculates total payments received during a time period, and reconciles this with total sales.
• Sorts, counts and verifies merchandise, paper and pull tabs.
• Verifies Bingos.
• Payouts of verified Bingos.
• Follows Policy and Procedures set forth by the Bingo department.
• Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience:

Customer service and cash handling

Licenses or

Certifications:

Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1/2 hours per day. Be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to read, write and speak basic English
