VP, Enterprise Risk Management
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the second line of defense Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program relating to the banking and corporate operations of the Company, including the strategy and execution of Governance, policies, analysis/reporting, issue management / remediation and business support. Working with the ERM Mortgage leader to collectively oversee the risk-based reporting program that includes assessing and appropriately documenting risk, compliance, strategic, market, or credit risks that arise from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, systems or external events.
Manages Third-Party Risk Management and Business Continuity Programs for the Company.
