8am to 4pm, Full Time

• Preparation of loan documents
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Banc First policies and procedures
• Order and review collateral documents from vendors
• Customer communication:
  On the telephone and in person with employees and vendors
• Prepare written correspondence
• Review closed loan packages
• Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned

• Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
• Knowledge of Laser Pro and Decision Pro
• General understanding of Banc First products and services
• Critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented
• Must work well under stress and deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
