Axon Moore is exclusively partnering a high‑growth business in Blackburn to bolster their finance team with an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk capable of hitting the ground running in a fast‑paced, end‑to‑end Accounts Payable position.

• Processing purchase invoices and dealing with queries
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• First point of contact for all complex queries
• Completing BACS and manual payments
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Assisting with audits
• Implementing/streamlining new and existing processes
• Ad hoc duties as and when required

• Two years’ previous experience working within an accounts payable role
• Good IT and MS Excel skills
• Able to build and maintain long-lasting working relationships
• Willingness to learn and succeed
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Able to work collaboratively and independently

• Starting salary up to £32,000 DOE
• Hybrid and flexible working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
• 25 days plus bank holidays
