UP. They bring deep operating expertise and capital to accelerate growth and scale the business.

The FP&A Associate will play a critical role in supporting Squad

UP’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role will work closely with finance leadership to provide insight into business performance, support pricing analysis related to payment processing, and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
• Prepare forecasts and reforecasts based on business performance and updated assumptions
• Track and report on weekly and monthly pacing metrics

• Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast
• Develop and maintain bookings-to-billings analysis and reporting
• Support management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
• Develop insightful presentations and financial scenario analysis to facilitate senior

• Assist with accounting oversight to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business performance
• Support financial policy setting and documentation in partnership with finance leadership

• Manage and track client bonus programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related role
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
