Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub, with a focus on Facilities and Corporate Functions
. This role is a strategic partner to G&A leadership, driving financial insight and discipline across operating expenses, capital investments, and a global real estate portfolio, while leading and developing a high‑performing team.
This role owns the Facilities P&L, including OPEX/CAPEX governance, lease analytics, and forecasting, ensuring strong financial execution. This role will also drive spend modeling, lease economics, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically strong self‑starter with advanced modeling and communication skills. This individual will scale reporting, improve processes, and enhance financial visibility to enable data‑driven decisions aligned with margin and capital efficiency goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own Close, Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Management: Lead the Facilities P&L and support planning and forecasting activities, partnering with global Facilities and G&A leaders to drive consistency in reporting through a centralized Finance Hub model. Ensure accuracy, develop scenario models, and deliver performance insights to support decision‑making and improve cost efficiency.
- Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Build and maintain models across Cap Ex, lease accounting, rent, CAM, and operating expenses to evaluate trade‑offs and support real estate planning. Partner with global stakeholders to assess the financial impact of footprint and investment decisions.
- Drive Automation and Scalability: Improve reporting and streamline FP&A processes through tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI. Support scalable solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
- Lead Expense and Capital Strategy: Support the end‑to‑end management of Cap Ex and OpEx, ensuring disciplined spend tracking and alignment with near‑ and long‑term plans.
- Enable Cross‑Functional Decisions: Partner with Facilities, Accounting, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to support leasing decisions, budget tracking, and financial analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure financial accuracy and alignment.

Skills:
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. - FP&A
Experience:
Proven success in business‑facing finance roles supporting planning, investment decisions, or cost management. - Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, Net Suite) and advanced Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- Collaborative Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop strong cross‑functional relationships.
- Location: We are primarily an in‑office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
