Banc First Corporation Real Estate Mortgage Loan Processor

Location:

Collinsville, Oklahoma (On-Site Position)

• Prepare real estate loan documents using Laser Pro in accordance with Banc First Loan Policy & Procedures and Compliance.
• Input loan applications into Decision Pro.
• Coordinate loan closings with title companies.
• Obtain all necessary loan documentation.
• Maintain pipeline report for all loans in process.
• Conduct loan closings for customers.
• Assist customers with various issues by phone and in person.
• Assist loan officers and customers as needed.
• Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned.

• Experience in mortgage/real estate industry or equivalent.
• Knowledge of consumer real estate loan documents & regulatory requirements, financial documents, title, closing, or other related education is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
• Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.
• Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
• Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department.
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

• Knowledge of Laser Pro loan documentation system.
• Knowledge of Decision Pro application system.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

• Constant use of computer screens.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.
• Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
• Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds.
