• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
• Provide top‑tier customer service, answering questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
• Process and prepare loan applications and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Take and process payments, balance assigned cash drawer daily, and prepare daily branch bank deposit.
• Transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to demonstrate self‑confidence and organizational skills.
• A history of showing kindness, compassion, and helping others.
• Willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
• Absolute team player, willing to pitch in when needed and accept help.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.
