As the FP&A Specialist of Core Platform Business Unit and Platform Engineering Finance
, you will drive financial strategy, resource allocation, and operational transformation across our highest-impact product organizations. In this high-visibility role, you will own cost governance across major OpEx and Cap Ex investments, partnering directly with R&D, Platform Engineering, and senior finance leadership to optimize capital deployment and financial discipline. Rather than just reporting numbers, you will shape business outcomes by developing scalable financial models, automating analytical workflows, and delivering actionable performance insights that influence business performance and resource allocations.

• Financial Ownership & Cost Control
  :
  Manage assigned OpEx and Cap Ex budgets, cost centers, and financial forecasts, driving monthly and quarterly close reconciliations and variance analyses to maintain strict financial discipline across business units.
• Planning & Strategic Forecasting
  :
  Lead multi-horizon financial planning and P&L modeling to provide executive leadership with accurate performance projections, scenario analyses, and visibility into key cost drivers.
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership
  :
  Partner directly with business and functional managers to evaluate operational priorities, challenge budget assumptions, and deliver actionable financial insights that guide capital allocation decisions.
• Data Analytics & BI
  :
  Build, query, and maintain analytical frameworks using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to convert massive operational datasets into automated, interactive executive dashboards.
• Process Transformation & AI Automation
  :
  Design and implement scalable FP&A process improvements, integrating AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT workflows) to automate repetitive reporting tasks and accelerate close cycles.
• Operational Finance Integration
  :
  Oversee operational finance workflows—including procurement, accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and invoicing processes—to ensure end-to-end data accuracy and audit-ready financial controls.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

• 6+ years of experience in progressively complex financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end forecasting in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling and familiarity with leveraging SQL/Snowflake/Tableau (or equivalent BI tools) for data analysis.
• Experience and curiosity applying or building AI-based workflow automations (e.g., ChatGPT or custom automation tools) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships across technical, operational, and executive teams.
• Working knowledge of core financial accounting operations, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and invoicing functions.
