Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant for an open position in Perry, OK. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.
Responsibilities- Provide quality patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant and work as part of the healthcare team.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or will graduate within the next six (6) months.
- Currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
