Pregnancy Resource Navigator - Jay, OK Are you passionate about supporting families and making a meaningful difference in maternal and child health? Join our dedicated team as a Pregnancy Resource Navigator and play a vital role in connecting pregnant and newly parenting families across Oklahoma to essential services, resources, and support systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a statewide initiative aimed at improving health outcomes and strengthening family well-being during one of the most critical times in their lives.

Role Overview :
As a Pregnancy Resource Navigator, you will serve as a compassionate and proactive liaison for families, providing guidance, education, and assistance to ensure they access vital healthcare, social services, and community resources. Embedded within hospital and primary care settings, you will support families before, during, and after birth, helping to coordinate care and foster positive health outcomes. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of families, promoting resilience, stability, and long-term success.

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse populations Knowledge of healthcare systems and social services Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Nice to Have

Skills:

Previous experience in healthcare, social work, or community outreach Familiarity with Medicaid, insurance processes, and healthcare navigation Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other languages common in the community Experience working with hospital or community-based programs Preferred

Education and Experience:

At least 2 years of healthcare or social services experience preferred Prior experience working with maternal and child health programs is advantageous Other Requirements:
