In just 2 years, we have grown to double digit millions of run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and 200+ clinicians. We have a lean, ambitious team, and recently raised a Series A to help us transform mental health for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You'll join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

• Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm
• No required evening, weekend or on-call hours

• Hours: Provide 25+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 25+ clients

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
