Nowata, Osage, Rogers, Washington, & surrounding counties – Claremore, OK 74017. Position Type:
Part Time. Responsible for assisting the elderly and/or disabled members with essential daily living needs in their homes and in accordance with their plan of care.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
- Must have completed personal care training program and competency.
- Must have a smartphone or tablet and install the State required app for clocking in/out.
- Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
- Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
