• Lead a highly collaborative inpatient/swingbed rehab team
• Deliver 1:1, patient-centered care
• Partner closely with nursing, providers, and leadership
• Drive quality initiatives and program development
• Help design workflows in a newly developing facility

As Inpatient Therapy Manager
, you’ll:

• Lead and mentor therapy staff
• Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
• Coordinate inpatient/swing bed coverage and scheduling
• Support interdisciplinary communication
• Contribute to strategic rehab program growth What We Value

  Requirements What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oklahoma (or eligible)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Passion for rural healthcare and community impact
