Job DescriptionThe Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled individuals, maximizing their functional status while hospitalized. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, and performing administrative duties.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
- Implement and modify treatment programs based on patient needs.
- Perform necessary administrative duties.
- Engage in professional growth and practice improvement activities.
- Work in a swing bed setting with a patient ratio of 1:1, handling 6-10 patients per day.
- 1+ years of Occupational Therapy experience required.
- National and Oklahoma state license required.
- Geriatric or swing bed experience preferred.
