Location: Chattanooga
Physical Therapist – Hospital-Based Outpatient | $10K Sign-On + PSLF
Nealy Pierce is partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Greenville, SC area to hire a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist. This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based outpatient role, open to both new graduate PTs and experienced physical therapists.
What You Can Expect:- 1:1 Patient Care – Dedicated 45-minute treatment sessions with no double-booking. Patient outcomes over patient volume.
- Structured Mentorship – Built-in training program for new grad PTs, with guidance from experienced clinicians.
