Location:
NICHOLS HILLS - OKLAHOMA CITY, OK 73120. Iris Memory Care of Nichols Hills is looking for a part‑time, weekend Life Enrichment Assistant.
Engage residents in a variety of leisure activities such as socializing, craft projects, dance, singing, cooking recipes, gardening, and field excursions. Provide assistance with scheduling and completing both planned and spontaneous life‑enriching activities.
Qualifications- Experience with older adults, especially those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
- Strong desire to build relationships and deliver personalized care.
- Well‑rounded, balanced, and productive team player; mature, patient, creative, nurturing, compassionate.
- High energy, ability to follow direction closely and strong organizational skills.
- Reliable history of punctuality and willingness to learn.
- Must have weekend availability (Saturday–Sunday).
Part‑time position, Saturday–Sunday. Rate of pay is $15 per hour.
