Assist residents with daily activities of living, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and laundering;
Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed;
Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records;
Communicate clearly with other staff, including urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to the Health Care Director;
Support residents and participate in life enrichment activities as part of holistic care
