Location: Checotah
Enhabit Home Health - 6688 N. Central Expressway - Responsibilities:
Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services;
Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team;
Perform services in accordance with the physicians orders and the established plan of care (POC);
Provide in-home occupational therapy to Checotah patients under POC and coordinate with care teams collaboratively.
