Assist with medications for all assigned residents;
Assist with daily care of residents (personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals);
Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed;
Document completed tasks (daily shift report, resident records);
Communicate confidentially with staff about urgent needs and concerns to Health Care Director
