$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center‑based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the 7‑day and 30‑day new hire check‑in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community.
